Serial entrepreneur and Canadian philanthropist Bobby Genovese has over two decades of experience in business, having started his own company at the age of 25. His passion and motto, both on a personal and professional level, has been connecting enthusiastic people with winning opportunities.
With a commitment to land conservation, in 2015, Bobby Genovese began partnering with the Department of Environmental Protection as official concessionaires of several Florida state parks with the mission to protect ecotourism land and waterscapes while ensuring accessibility to visitors.
Bobby Genovese also dedicates his time, energy and resources to various philanthropic endeavors, especially those that serve children. His chairmanship of the annual Car and Boat Rally Scavenger Cups, which began in 2007, has helped raise more than $16 million for Toronto’s Hospital for Sick Children, Canada’s largest and most sophisticated centre for pediatric cancer research, treatment and care.
He has helped turn The Boat Rally for Kids with Cancer into a yearly-anticipated summer event in Muskoka, Ontario, attracting many prominent people, including celebrities. The Boat Rally’s sister event, the Car Rally for Kids Scavenger Hunt, is equally as exciting and has been described as a high-end scavenger hunt meets the “Amazing Race.”
Outside of his philanthropic endeavors, Bobby Genovese lives in the Bahamas and spends most of his time traveling the world with his two children.
